Good Evening, We had been made the ESI MCR payments on 15.02.21 through esic portal, the amount been debited in our bank statement and in ESIC receipt its showing "cancel transaction" & we had given a complaint in ESI toll-free no. also, but they told like "some internal gateway technical error may occur", u may get after 24hrs receipt or may reverse the amount into bank account, no means.. he suggested to give a complaint to the nearest esic office, but till now not yet credited nor esic receipt succeed, give a solution, please.

after login in portal, check with challan double verification, this will display the present status

You inform the local ESIC office in writing that payment has made and the amount debited from your bank account attach the bank statement, if the payment amount does not credit into your bank account.
