Hi Everyone! So, I've joined a new tech team as HR Manager and my role here is more technical than what I have experience with.
I need help to start a Mentorship Program for about 70 employees- different levels and different technologies/projects.
Can someone help me with step by step creation of this entire program? It is aimed at the following:
1. Helping team with growth path
2. Setting career path for team
3. Identifying learning opportunities for each team member
4. Making each member successful in their roles & responsibilities
I also need to tell them the estimated time I'll be able to complete this in. Any templates, information, guidelines that can help me successfully create and implement this plan will be very helpful.

I conduct a training programme on how to institute mentoring in a company. I have conducted training in several places. As a part of the training, I also help my clients in developing a policy on "Formal Mentoring". To enrich my training, I have read scores of books on this subject. You need to design a formal mentoring programme and a part of it is to organise a training programme for mentors and mentees.
