I left my previous job in Aug 2020 and join a small scale company Now I have an offer from an MNC, I 'm planning to abscond from the small scale company. But just wanted to know I will not show any experience or any proof of absconding company to my next company. Does this create any risk in the Background check with link to PF details?

I do not think that your intention to abscond is either honest or ethical if your current employment is formal. Particularly, if EPF subscription is deducted, it will lead to problem in the next employment. So drop the idea of absconding and better resign formally from the Start-up observing the notice conditions.
