In apparel industry, attrition is high. Sexual harassment is also high. Exploitation in terms of working hours and salary is also rampant. These three topics can be focussed. I know, in a few companies, the owner is paying out of his pocket, or from his earning, facilitating higher education for the female employees. They are treating him like God and Father. He even bears part of their wedding expenses. His factory is safe for women employees. So, these are some of the topics you can think of.
