Hi everyone,
Recently I have left the job(I am working as AM sales and marketing department) before left the job I have served 43 days of notice period but as per company policy its was 60 day. But at the same point of time company also retrench others employee with 30days of notice. Is it any problem occurs for the same?
But after that employer told me your resignation was accepted but we will provide relieving letter once your pending outstanding will cleared as per company policy, but the same policy was not written in my appointment letter. I have requested to the employer that you can deduct my last month salary but give me letter, they don't agree with that.
How can he get revealing and experience letter. Is there any way. What to do kindly advise.

1. You are working as AM - S&M, designation being in the managerial cadre in your company.
Hence, company expects you more commitment and responsibility from you.
As you have already put your papers down, you need to give prescribed notice period, as had been laid down in your offer of appointment and also being in managerial capacity, you need to take efforts in clearing the outstanding amount with your clients/customers and persuading them to remit the amount to your company. This was not done by you and you left without fully serving the notice period. This is the matter which is expected from you by your company.
Probably this might have become an irritant for your co.management which prevents them from issuing relieving letter/experience letter.
