Our current staff is 30 and all of them are above 25K salary - Is PF compulsory for employees?

Hi All, We got incorporated recently and now we want all employees to get on company's payroll. our current staff is 30 and all of them are above 25K salary so is it compulsory for us as company to deduct their PF? Many of them were member of PF scheme previously so are eligible to opt not to be a member of PF?

Hello, any person who has been enrolled with PF must be a part of the same lifetime, there seems NO OPTION for opting out. You can deduct minimum contribution of Rs. 1800. Regards, Rajesh Kr.
