2. Workplace-Centric; Work-Centric & Worker Centric Policies;
3 Employment Policy outlining
i) Recruitment Yardstick- Merit or Merit-cum-Commitment etc.
ii) Seniority-cum-Merit For Promotion; Promotion-cum-Transfer etc
iii) Reward & Punishment for Value-Creation or Nil Value-Creation etc
iv) Superannaution; Termination for Misconduct and or On Medical Ground etc.
4. PoSH Policy- Making Workplace Safe & SecureWhereEvery Employed Person (Men or Women
etc) Could Devote their Energy & Intelligence in Contributing 100%;
5. Communication Policy- Internal and External ( with Communty etc);
