Dear HR Professionals,
Please explain anyone my doubt on leave with wages as per the section:30 of TELANGANA SHOPS AND ESTABLISHMENTS ACT, 1988.
During the probation period any employee leaves the organisation after serving the 240 days, but not completing the one year of continuous service, would be eligible for leave with wages or not?
