Dear Ritesh,
All registers to be maintained and notices to be exhibited under the labor laws are only establishment-specific. Your Corporate Office, regional offices, factories, showrooms, etc., are separate establishments if they are located in different places. Therefore, it is mandatory only that registers pertaining to each different establishment should be maintained and kept there itself. It is not mandatory to be kept in the Corporate Office.
However, when your Company has branches or units coming under a common balance sheet and if there is any requirement for certain information on a consolidated basis under any laws like the EPF, PG Act, then it is enough that you have unit-wise as well as consolidated particulars periodically kept up.
