Hi, Please elaborate your skills and experience in detail.
Upgrade your skills as per current trend like learning of latest version of software, macros etc. Also enhance your skills as per market requirement.
Your Resume should highlight how you are better and unique than other lakhs of candidates with similar experience and expertise.
Apart from job portals please keep watching website like 'linked in' wherein also job requirements are posted.
Wish you good luck.

As a moderator I had to correct the sentence, the missing letters in the words of your post. Please know that one of the MOST IMPORTANT aspects of any kind of employment is "caring about it". Start with being more alert about how you are presenting yourself - and check your resume for errors.

It's hard to find an accurate reason for not getting any response from recruiters. But here are the things you should do before applying for any job.
1) Update your resume and make it attractive.
2) Check the freshness of the job. If you are applying on the job which is 30+m days old, then there are higher chances that somebody already got that job. Apply for a fresh job.
3) Check job details first maybe you are not receiving any response because you are not fit for the job you are appling. In that case, first understand what type of job you can do and then look for that perticul job. Try to use differet job portals. here (https://www.theindiajobs.com/blog/to...ites-in-india/) are top job portals in india.
Please do let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Akshada,
I cant tell you what is not working in your scenerio, but with all the above mentioned options try one more thing as this may work. Do you know about ATS? Application tracking systems, all you need to do is make sure your resume is matching the job description of the mentioned profile which you are applying for. I am not saying copy it word by word, but take the main keywords. If they are looking for administrator than you write that in your resume. Its more of a technical stuff, but matching your resume with the JD upto 80% keywords, similarity and without any grammatical error can get you a call for an interview.. Try this and let me know how it goes.. All the best!!

Priti

Apply only those jobs which matches your profile. If you will apply some other criteria definitely you will not get call, match your words with job discription. Edit your resume before applying for the job and make it similar to JD or opening then definitely you will get call.
