If one experience employee is having a recent employment gap and looking for job. Do employers/recruitment consultants consider such resume even if the concerned employee is having experience above 10 years? As we have seen that many positions are closed via reference.
The prospective candidate should have satisfactory justification for this gap. If the candidate is well experienced and if the gap is less than one year - his CV shall definitely be considered by recruiters/
