Can someone share insights on creating a policy about giving incentives to employees based on food safety rules application?

Incentives are always given on the work done in and above the given target without comprising the quality. Therefore, first, understand what is the target of the food handlers, what are the quality standards, what are the consumption parameters, etc.
Since the work is specific to the company, the outsiders cannot provide you any information. However, you may post the incentive norms. We the senior members will do the verification.
