EPF Registration - How can an establishment get registered under same PAN Card number?

How can an establishment get registered under same PAN Card number as having same trust but place is different for different establishment?
We have successfully completed Digital signature certificate, employer PAN card and Email verification steps but failed on further step of fill application step as error got "PAN Number already allotted." Kindly suggest.
