My company is having only one HR manager. Who should sign the offer letters if the HR is on long leave? How should the offer letter be like?

Hi,
In the normal course, authorized signatories of the company will sign offer/appointment letters or any correspondence. In the absence of an authorized signatory, the next-level authority may sign the offer/appointment letter using the "For....." option. However, for statutory purposes like PF, only the authorized signatory can sign.
