Dear all seniors,
I need some samples of a board resolution. Our company is a private limited company with three directors. I have opened a bank account in HSBC bank with authorized signatories of any two individuals. However, now I want to change the authorized signatories from any two to any one. The bank is requesting a resolution to be passed for this change, so please help me with a sample of a board resolution and a letter to the bank for the same.
