Hi All, Today I need a suggestion and help how i can handle this matter, I think it's the best platform, But i am facing lots of issues very serious and I am confused about what I do?
I m working in a real estate company and our team members hire candidates for sales profile. But we hire candidates on commission basis not on salary because they all are our associates part time or full time. But they demand for salary and raise complaint to labour court. So please suggest what we do to solve this problem.

Associates are not full time employees and they are paid retainership fee a mutually agreed amt per month for their services whether in whole or on commission basis
