we are covered under ESIC & PF in Andhra Pradesh and we manufacture Garments, now we are opening a branch in Tamilnadu which employs not more than 6 to 8 numbers. Since there are less than 10 numbers, do we need to cover employees of Tamilnadu also in ESIC & PF ?.
Please guide.

If the company is same yes you have to enroll all your employees under EPF and for ESIC you have to create a sub-code for tamil nadu under the code available in Andra pradesh and make remittance.
