Maternity Leave and Resignation: Will ESI Cover My Salary If I Quit After Delivery?

Hi, I'm from Kerala. I'm 9 months pregnant and going to apply for maternity leave under ESI as I'm eligible for it. Will I get my 6 months maternity leave salary from ESI if I resign from my company within two months of delivery?

If contribution particulars are okay and you are eligible for maternity benefits, you will receive it for 26 weeks even if you resign from the company or come out of coverage during the maternity benefit period.
