umakanthan53I don't know how there could be discrepancy between the poster's calculation of the service rendered and that of the employer's. Whether there is any mention about gratuity in the F&F statement as the employer's calculation is on the higher side so as to create entitlement for gratuity? If not, the data furnished by the employer might be due to clerical error. It is for the poster to decide according to his conscience.
