you can amend/ revise your HR Manual as per your need. There is no set rule of it. It is your internal document and you must update such manuals on yearly or need base to share the latest knowledge to your Employees. This is the era of Digitalisation, please keep such records in soft and amend as per your need. If you are changing or updating any HR policy in your Organisation than must update your HR Manual immediately.
