Hello friends, I am working as HR Manager in an organization where attrition rate is very high.
As suggested by management, to control the attrition we need to implement 2 years employment bond policy for new employees. Kindly help me out on this as what should be the legal guidelines and what should be the process to get the bond signed by newly joined for 2 years.
