Dear Seniors, As per Supreme Court Judgement, what is the procedure for calculating 8.33% (Pension Amount)?
If PF is deducting on Rs. 15000/- i.e. Rs. 1800/- then what is pensionable salary for 8.33% ? Is it Rs. 15000/- or Rs. 6500/-.
Kindly advise.
