I have changed the address of my establishment 3 years back the new address has been updated in my license and epf. My HR has forgot to change the address in esi department. Its been 3 years now i have applied for address change through portal.It says the application is with dealing agent of the area. I have missed out the letters received from esi department in the last 3 years.I haven't received any mails or phone calls from them. I am paying all my contributions on date.Is there big mistake i have committed? How to solve my problem? Can i go to esi office and get those letters??
Dear Siran, This is a simple job, pl approach local Manager in Local ESIC office. He will suggest and make a correction in their records. Thanks
