As per the provision any settlement should be settled only in the name of applicant ( PF member) only and joint bank account will not be accepted. Hence, open a bank account in your name and send cancelled cheque and copy of bank pass book for further process from the pf office

Actually I’ve submitted my personal bank details and cancelled cheque with my named, Still i got this msg. i didn’t provided any joint account details
