This is in regard with the change of Mobile no. of an EPF Subsriber.
An Employee worked in our organisation for almost 7 years and she came back 5 months after resigning;to claim for settlement of her PF, during her services we registered her mobile no with EPF ( which is already linked to her Aahdhar no), but she lost her MOBILE along with the SIM (registered with EPF) . she bought new SIM (not with the old Phone Number) with new number.
after activating her UAN with new number, its unable to open her MEMBER account the new number . The OTP is going to only the old number. when contacted with PF officials they said that it will be done at the Past employer.
but when we tried, the OTP is going to Old number registered in Aadhar, also we tried using without OTP but its showing that "details are not matched with EPF" even though we entered correct information.
What is the procedure to register her new number with her EPF A/C.

With reference to your query, you need to choose forgot password option at Universal Account Number (UAN) MEMBER e-SEWA -> Enter UAN number-> Enter Captcha ->Registered Mobile Number : ********, Do you wish to send OTP on the above mobile number? : yes / no -> choose no option-> enter your details:
Date Of Birth :DD/MM/YYYY
Gender : Male Female Transgender -> Verify -> Validate against PAN/Aadhaar No. - > New Mobile Number -> Get OTP
This is the way to register New Mobile number against UAN

Or you can login with UAN Number and Password, after login into UAN we an change profile through Manage-> Contact details-> Change Mobile Number

I Have done with both already .. as you said above,
in the second case
choosing NO option> entering detials with AADHAR/PAN of her
It says :" the details are not matched"
***** Even though we entered the right Details at KYC seeding and after UAN activation.
