Iam trying approve members basic details change request in the new unified portal of EPFO. I go to Member > basic details change request and after select all pending request click on the Approve using DSC button and have the digital signature (DSC token) available and connected. I got a popup which says " This will open the utility for digitally signing the pdf. ..." and when I click on RUN it shows "Approve Activity" but then after some time not showing PDF SIGNATURE.
I have already the latest version of 32 bit Java installed and updated on my computer. I also tried using different browsers.
Please tell me a solution for this?
I will pay fee for this work.
