Are the promoters i.e. those mentioned in AoA/MoA entitled for minimum wages? Or is it okay for them to withdraw no salary or a nominal salary from legal/compliance point of view?
Because techinically they will be the 'employers' even if they are working in the office full-time to build/grow the business, right?
