Dear Seniors, I am working in a company which is in Delhi (Okhla Ph-2), one of our employee retired in Dec 2016, but till date his pension is not activated from PF department. EPF department returned his Form 10D by saying that his basic wage contribution is increased upto minimum wage for 6-7 months in Oct 2014 to March 2015 (excel sheet is attached) & than again decreased . His contribution is in EPF is around 30 years (from 1986).
"The company is stating that in Oct 2014 when EPF limit increased upto 15000, some of executives technically updated basic salary as minimum wage of that time, than company viewed it in April 2015 & changed (decreased again basic salary) the basic wage as per Sep 2014."
Sir what can be the solution in such case? What we must reply to EPF office?
As EPF office is asking Form 3 (contribution sheet) of that employee with justification that why company decreased his basic salary in April 2015?
