Dear All,
Am working as a Sr HR in R&D Software product development company.
Most of our employees & Mangers are requesting for Quarterly Award and KRA setup for IT employees.
Can someone please help me with, on what basis manger should nominate for Quarterly award to their repartee and how to setup KRA to IT employees.Please note its product development company.

Any one please help me on setting KRA for Tech Lead and Module Lead for IT Software development domain.
Please help what are the metrics should i consider for Quarterly award nominations for IT sector.
