Dear sir, I would like to know that am eligible for arrears payments?
I was worked as a xyz in a organization since 08/2010 but I resigned my position on 12/2018, in the month of October I got increment as ₹1500 but I was not paid arrears from April to September that time, but in the month of February the organization has released all my colleagues pending arrears payment.
1 Can I get my pending arrears salary?
2 If so, Kindly suggest me is there any labor law rules?
3 if get soft copy then I am thankful to you.
