Improve my HR work skills - finding it difficult to complete my work schedule

I have completed BE(CS) and am currently employed as an HR personnel in a company. I have to reach my target weekly base and also process the profile of candidates to different position of other company. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get suitable candidates. As a fresher in this field, I am finding it difficult to complete my work schedule in a smarter way. I want to make a sincere effort to improve my skills, efficiency and performance in my work. I would appreciate suggestions which would help me improve and work towards a better career.

I would suggest you first create accounts in free job portals and prepare JD and post advertisements in those portals. This way, you will be able to get a decent number of candidates profiles.
