I left my job on 7th January 2019, and I applied for Form 31 (PF in advance). However, there is an issue arising that states, "Your establishment is covered under ESI, and the wages are less than 21K. Since you have ESI facility, you are not eligible for PF in advance."
I am currently not working anywhere for the past 15 days. Could you please guide me on how I can withdraw my PF in advance?

check your UAN, if exit is done by employer, then you would get eligible to file form 60 days or form 31 after 30 days ( upto 75% of a/c 1)
