Hi,
I recently joined a company. 8 days after joining, I received an offer from another organization and want to join them. Currently, I am on probation and can serve a 1-month notice period as mentioned in the offer letter. Can I get early release from the company as I am not sure whether they will pay for the days I spent here? Can they take any legal action against me? Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Dear Prashant,
I suggest you speak with your current employer and serve notice as agreed mutually or a maximum of 1 month. There shall not be any legal action if you resign as per the terms of the agreement/appointment, and for sure, they are liable to pay your wages for your worked days.
