Please suggest the Incentive Model and Target Scheme for Sales Team in Automotive Industry. Also advise, is there any difference in incentive percentage for New Business Development and existing clients/clients on retainer-ship model. If yes, please let me know the usual practice in automotive industry.
Hello there, I can advise you to set the targets for quarter wise means 4 quarters in a year, if the individual or team or branch reached the target, we can release the quarter incentive, also for the rest of departments as well.
