Hey Guys.. Need a mail template for below scene.
"The Company is letting me go because of Performance issue. But the company doesn't want to say that they are letting me go, rather they asking to put resignation with 2 months notice period ( where the company said if the transition is quick i can leave in a month too), but still they will for next months"
Now my question is how do i write a mail saying indirectly that the company asked me to leave and they have promised 2 months salary. I afraid if i write my resignation, the company should not backbite saying that you are free to leave immediately and notice period salary will not be paid
