1. Companies Act 2013 & Amendments;
2. Factory Act if the Establishment is into Manufacturing;
3. Shops & Establishments Act in the case of Commercial Activities/Services;
4. Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013;
5. Employees' Compensation Act; and continue
