To obtain HR requirement from the hiring manager (line manager) along with the defined job profile, desired competence, personal profile, experience, industry type etc.
To attract the talent using various channels and platforms like job portals, placement consultants, Print media etc.
To communicate with stake holders to give and take feedback from time to time.
To analyse the resumes and prepare a snapshot for easy short listing.
Sharing the profiles with hiring managers and discuss with him for shortlisting.
Communicate with shortlisted candidate for selection process
Continue to engage the candidate by calling him/communicating with at regular interval.
Satisfy queries of the candidate- about the company, his job profile, company culture, prospects etc.
Coordinate for written test/personal interview
To get the rating sheet filled and validated by the interview panellists
To coordinate with respective HR for HR round.
To make a comparative statement to Select the final candidate
To coordinate with respective HR for finalization of CTC , to prepare initial offer letter etc.
To coordinate for issuance of offer letter and pursue with the candidate to obtain acceptance.
To coordinate for background verification- with the candidate to obtain document and with BV agency.
To ensure timely completion of BV check.
To ensure timely on boarding of the candidate.

o Knowledge about own company its products/services, profile, business performance, org structure and CTC structure
