I need help in understanding the real meaning of this maternity law statement "A woman who has worked for at least 80 days in the 12 months immediately preceding her expected date of delivery will continue to be eligible."
Query - Minimum time period she has to spend with company? If Someone has joined in October 2018 and completes her 80 days in December end - so is she eligible for this maternity benefit? (Still, if she is in probation?)
