Recently I have received Salary Restructure letter from my hr team on mail. They have increased my basic salary as result my pf deduction has increased and take home salary has reduced.. earlier basic was 3500 and now they have increased it to 9500 without discussion with me.. I wrote mail to hr team that I am not ok with my revised salary and how and why they have made changes without intimation. And same evening after office hours I got call from my regional HR and he started explaing that to give us extra in hand salary they had kept basic low but in recent audit audit team found that it's not as per government rule so suddenly they have increased basic as per gov rule.
So we had argument that how can you make changes in my salary as I have my financial commitments..On this his answer was it cannot change. Then I asked him to give it me on the same on mail. So he talked very rudely he said , "I will give it on mail , jo action lena hai le lo, kal paper dalna hai to dal do., Kal hi resign karo." This was his words. I did not even talked about leaving. Even my boss has not talked to me in this manner. Let me know can I complaint against him?

What was the pay scale as per appointment order?
Have other staff also faced the same problem?
How much difference in take home pay due to this move?
You can complain to higher up in the company, but will not make any difference.
If basic pay is increased due to some audit issue the company cannot reduce your BP again.
In long run you are benefitted with higher PF contribution and equal Employers contribution saving will increase.
