Please Begin with Recently Amended Companies (Accounts) Rules 2017 (Rule-8) gazetted on 31st July 2018 whih Makes it Mandatory for the Board of Directors of your Company to incorporate Statement as under:
“ (x) a Statement that the Company has complied with provisions relating to the constitution of Internal Committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.”
