Hello Sir, Good Morning to all.
Currently working as a Business Development Manager for a company in Maharashtra region. I have joined there in May 2nd 2018, during Interview they said many things, like all the support will be provided for marketing required and they also agreed for the same at that time. Once I joined I gave all the details required to prepare case studies also. Since there case studies are very basic which I cant compete in the current industry marketing, as of now they dint deliver also.
They are telling get the projects what we have the capabilities, in this way I was not able to get a project according to there requirement. I generated the inquiries according to there capabilities but they dint convince the client with there technical capabilities. In this way from past 3 months it is running dry business from my end. So they are telling to revise my salary now, for which I dint agree for that. So they are telling I must do or pay 6 months salary, if I want to get release.
Also they didnt pay my salary also from past 1 month 15 days.
Related to AGREEMENT, while taking interview they didnt tell anything about AGREEMENT BOND, after nearly 20 days of joining they gave me this agreement to sign, which is compulsory for there Employees it seems. Since I didnt have any option, I signed it at that time.
Please help me in this matter ASAP.

What are the points mentioned in agreement ?, six month salary you have to pay to the company !!? i never heard such type of agreement, but i can you advise you one thing, don't worry about the agreement, speak with them clearly and get to understand their concern.
