Currently, I am working as a Business Development Manager for a company in the Maharashtra region. I joined on May 2nd, 2018. During the interview, they mentioned that all the support required for marketing would be provided, and they agreed to it at that time. After joining, I provided all the necessary details to prepare case studies. However, their case studies are very basic, and I find it challenging to compete in the current industry marketing. Additionally, they have not delivered on their promises.

They keep insisting that I should pursue projects within their capabilities, but I have not been able to secure a project that meets their requirements. Despite generating inquiries based on their capabilities, they have failed to convince clients with their technical strengths. Consequently, for the past three months, my business has been stagnating. They are now asking me to accept a salary revision, which I do not agree to. They are threatening that I must either comply or pay six months' salary if I wish to be released.

Moreover, they have not paid my salary for the past 1 month and 15 days. Regarding the agreement, they did not mention anything about an agreement bond during the interview. Nearly 20 days after joining, they presented me with this agreement to sign, stating that it is compulsory for their employees. Despite having no other choice, I signed it at that time.

I seek assistance in this matter as soon as possible.

What are the points mentioned in the agreement? Six-month salary you have to pay to the company! I never heard of such a type of agreement, but I can advise you on one thing: don't worry about the agreement. Speak with them clearly and try to understand their concerns.
