I am working in an NGO. Under voluntary coverage , we are remitting PF contribution limited to the ceiling of Rs. 15,000/- to our employees .
We have other employees also drawing the salary more than Rs. 15,000/-, not remitting PF for them as per Management decision. But these employees want to avail the employer contribution benefit and creates a feeling of imbalance in the workplace.
Need of your valuable suggestion very urgently to manage the situation as HR Of the organisation.Also, looking for any other benefit schemes for the employees not covered under PF that is feasible to both employee and the Management.

Dear colleague, If you are keen on extending PF benefit to these employees, the you may like consider having sperate PF Trust for these exempted category. Regards, Vinayak Nagarkar HR- Consultant

if the employee has a previous active UAN of EPF then they have to submit form 11 mentioning the old UAN, management has to enroll them mandatory basis
