Should I charge GST to client every month to raise employee salary as third party vendor

I am providing manpower to client's in Pan India on our payroll. If employee is on our payroll, should I charge gst to client's in every month with employee's salary or I don't need to pay gst, so , I will ask for salary only. Please suggest with legal clause.

As such is a service rendered by you, it comes under the purview of GST. You need to charge GST on a monthly basis and your client can take a credit against the GST submitted by you. Regards Rahul
