I completed my MBA specialization in HR and Marketing in 2015, and in February 2016, I joined a micro-enterprise as a plant manager after attending several interviews. Now, I am considering enrolling in a training program to secure a decent HR job. However, I am doubtful that this training program alone will land me a job in HR.
