One of our employees requires an experience letter from the company for pursuing higher studies (evening classes). Can I issue it in the standard format (one given at the time of relieving an employee)? Should I/can I include this in the letter?:

"We are issuing this letter upon the specific request of the employee without accepting any liability on behalf of this letter or part of this letter on our organization."

What is the nature of the education course?

Has the company permitted him to join the course?

Anyway, a simple experience certificate detailing his work experience can be given to the employee based on his written request.

Probably, a line can be added stating that this certificate is issued at the specific request of the employee and is only for the purpose of the specific course he/she is undergoing.
