I am working in a Substation manufacturing company. I need to establish KPI for Accounts Department, Purchase Department, Commercial Department, HR & Admin Department, Audit Department. Could you help me by providing some idea/format to set up a effective performance management system.

To design the KPIs and KRAs for the manufacturing company, you need to study the systems and process of each department and identify the KPIs. Based on these KPIs, you need to design the KRAs.
