Dear members,
Please let me know how "middle earth hr certification "helps in accelerating the career graph? Is it worthy to do ?
or any other certification course which can help me to grow.
I am an MBA HR with 3 years of work exp and currently working with an manufacturing firm.

Hi Prachi,
I am HR Manager and having responsibility of entire HR Gamete. I am taking take care of more than 5000+ employees in manufacturing unit.
To upgrade my skills i have enrolled this program.
CHAMP Program is for two days but after that you need to prepare project report based on this program. After submission of project report only you will get certificate.
They will provide you the certificate based on successful project report only.
