Job design should occur within an organisation when a new job gets created or when a job exceeds the capability of an individual contributor. Unfortunately due to the accelerated pace at some of the industries grow in India, HR also sometimes fail to convince the leadership about the relevance of job analysis, job design, and job profile - the blueprint of a job.
