I was looking at the WLB scale developed by Udai Pareek with the assistance of Abha Joshi in the book, " Training instruments in HRD and OD, Third Edition". They have given how to calculate the score but it is nowhere written how to interpret the final score.
Can anyone please help me in this? if the overall WLB Index ranging from 0 to almost 100, how will I interpret the results?
Did u get the interpretation of Work Life Balance scale by Udai Pareek and Surbhi purohit? I also got the questionnaire and scoring from the book ,
it would be of great help if you could share the interpretation with me, its really critical for my research.
