Hello, I am working on a dissertation research that requires the study of work-life balance. It would be of great help if anyone could send me the questionnaire, scoring, and interpretations of the work-life balance scale by Udai Pareek and Surbhi Purohit (2010).
Primary concern: Interpretation of scores
My primary concern is regarding the interpretation of the scores of this scale. In the book "TRAINING INSTRUMENTS IN HRD AND OD," I could only find scoring but no information about how to interpret the Work-Life Balance Index that falls in the range of 0-100. It would be of great help if anyone could address my query.

Hi Glyphis,
This is an interesting subject chosen for your dissertation research. The questionnaire could be listed only after you spell out the following details - Tell us for what degree and who the target group is; what is the nature of the industry or office and the sector; what type of survey you are planning, whether the respondents would tick the boxes or provide narrative responses.
Describe briefly the contents of your dissertation, the purpose, aim, and scope.

Thank you for your response.
I'm pursuing a master's in organizational psychology, and my target group is flight attendants. I aim to investigate the work-life balance of flight attendants. The questionnaire will be administered in pen and paper form.
I hope you can help by providing the Work-Life Balance Scale by Udai Pareek and Surbhi Parekh (2010) and its interpretation. I want to use this scale because it's standardized according to the Indian population.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Dlyphis, I understand the difficulties in contacting and obtaining responses from the targeted group, the 'Primary source', the 'Flight Attendants', as they are seldom available except at airports and around. Perhaps it's possible to access 'secondary sources' from various published materials and others. In view of the difficulties you might face, I have indicated some additional links that might assist you in your pursuit.
I'm not sure if these sources will precisely help with 'organizational psychology' and 'the work-life balance scale by Udai Pareek and Surbhi Parekh (2010) + its interpretation', as you mentioned. If necessary, we may need to search for other sources.
All the best.

Thank you, loginmiraclelogistics, for your immense support and interest. As far as the population is concerned, I can obtain primary data because I have good contacts with flight attendants and airlines. Many of my friends are flight attendants who were an inspiration for my topic in the first place. I'll surely go through the sources you have suggested, and they will help in making my theoretical understanding more robust. My only concern is regarding the interpretation of the scores from the above-mentioned scale, as there are no clear guidelines for the same. Thank you for your support and consideration.
